Ali Spice (Alexandra Dulin), a former Hooters girl who garnered almost a million followers on TikTok, died with two other friends when a wrong-way driver plowed into their car on a Florida highway early Sunday, friends and family said on Tuesday.
Troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol said it happened just after 2 AM, when a driver going the wrong way on State Road 44 slammed into the Infiniti the group was in.
