Where you are invited to submit any contribution to Epix Magazine you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant Epix Magazine the right to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate create derivitative works from, distribute, preform, play, make available to the public, and / or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed.

You warrant that your contribution:

• Is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available for purposes specified above

• It is not defamatory

• It does not infringe on any law

• You agree to indemnify Epix Magazine against all legal fees, damages, and other expenses that may be incurred by Epix Magazine as a result of your breach of the above warranty, and waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on EpixMag.com and the purposes specified above.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of USA, Italy, France and other countries.

Epix Magazine accepts no liability or any unsolicited material whatsoever. Opinions contained in the editorial content are those of the contributors and not necessarily those of the publishers of Epix Magazine. Any reproduction in whole or in part without written permission is strictly prohibited.

COLLABORATIONS

Epix Magazine is available for a wide range of collaborations including: advertising, ad creation and design, advertorials, contests or giveaways, truthful reviews &/or product demonstrations, product placements, magazine themes, etc.

EpixMag offers a Digital Content Marketing Package to our ‘Partners’, who pay a monthly fee to be included in our fashion guide and who will be included in edits, features, and interviews on our blog but only at the sole discretion of the editorial Director. Limited inclusion in editorial content is purchased by virtue of Being a EpixKids ‘Partner’.

EpixMag ‘Partners’ paying a monthly fee for inclusion in the fashion guide are entitled to inclusion on EpixMag’s various social media platforms, however we exert full editorial control over the frequency and type of content we share in order to guarantee optimal engagement for EpixMag followers.
